(NREG) Final Report On Monitoring And Evaluation System for the Forestry Sector

The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (MLNR), has overall responsibility for the forest sector planning and policy direction and for monitoring sector programs towards the attainment of the national goals. The ministry is thus responsible for the management of Ghana's land, forests, wildlife and mineral resources. While the Ministry is responsible for policy development and implementation, the Departments of the Ministry which includes the Forestry Commission are responsible for the actual implementation of policies and programs specific to their sector.
