The Chief Executive, Mr. John Allotey and the Executive Management Team of the Forestry Commission have received a delegation from Tullow Oil Ghana. The visit was a follow-up to a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two parties which supports Tullow’s Emission Reduction plans .
The Forestry Commission through the Climate Change Directorate in collaboration with Tullow Oil Ghana have carried out a feasibility study towards its Net Zero Emission target within the Transitional Zone of Ghana. Some of the places visited include Sunyani, Kintampo, Atebubu, Nkoranza, Techiman and others.
