Chief Executive & Board of Commissioners
The Forestry Commission has an eleven-member Board of Commissioners which comprises:
- Chairman,
- The Chief Executive;
- Representative of the National House of Chiefs;
- Representative of the timber trade and industry;
- Representative of the wildlife trade and industry;
- Representative of the Ghana Institute of Foresters;
- Representative of non-governmental organization involved in forest and wildlife management;
- Representative of the Lands Commission;
- Three government appointees, including a female, with financial, managerial and commercial experience and competency
