The Director for the Forestry Commission Training Centre (FCTC), Hon. Dr. Andy Osei Okrah, has on behalf of the Centre, donated two podiums made from rosewood, to the Forestry Commission (FC) Head office.
Mr. John Allotey, Chief Executive, FC; Mr. Hugh Brown, Executive Director, Forest Services Division(FSD); Dr. Joseph Boakye, Esq., Executive Director, Wildlife Division (WD), and other staff of the Commission were present at the event.
Hon. Dr. Okrah thanked all present for gracing the occasion. He mentioned that the podium donation idea was initiated by his predecessor and he thought it was a good idea to bring it to finality upon his assumption of duty as Director. He mentioned that his team will create more podiums and market them as they symbolize the positive investment of FC in FCTC.
Mr John Allotey received the podiums and thanked FCTC for their efforts.
